Why video games?

That’s easy. There’s no other medium that moves me more. When I first held that magic rectangle on Christmas morning 1986, I had no idea a little Italian plumber would spark a lifelong love for storytelling, creativity, and the magic of games. That single gift ignited a passion that has followed me throughout my life — from Slappers Only and Halo LAN parties to “Would You Kindly?” and a lie about cake - I’ve laughed, cried and been inspired by games for 40 years.

Now I’m turning a heartfelt hobby into the next step on my professional path.

Today, as a seasoned creative leader I shape brands, teams, and narratives, and I am eager to bring my skills and passion together in an industry that keeps redefining what’s possible in storytelling.

In my current role as AVP of Global Creative at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, I help lead a team of more than 60 designers, writers, and strategists, driving creative direction across a portfolio of multi-billion-dollar global brands. My expertise lies in writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration with a cool head — much needed skills when the going gets tough and the game has to ship.

Whether launching new campaigns, developing immersive brand experiences, or building high-performing teams, I approach every challenge with curiosity, flexibility and a customer/player-first mindset.

I’m happy to bounce from project work to performance management. From presenting to supporting from the shadows. But I’m at my best when I’m part of a team that’s crafting experiences that drive emotions. Now I’m looking to get back to my writing roots and move from hospitality to games where I can tell new and different stories that ignite imaginations.
